Chief Executive Officer
Bryan has more than 18 years of leadership experience in the home health and hospice industries. In 2008, Bryan co-founded Traditions Health Care and Traditions Hospice. After a successful building period, Bryan’s experience in business development and strategy was instrumental in establishing a partnership with New York based equity investment group, Dorilton Capital in 2011. Bryan is a champion of the company’s Core Values and strives to personally meet each new employee. He has a genuine interest in working with his leadership team and mentoring rising stars.
Prior to opening Traditions Health, Bryan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Healthwise Home Health Care and as the Director of Business Development for Guardian Health Care. Bryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural development (leadership) with an emphasis in community health.
Bryan and his wife, Melany, reside in College Station, Texas. They have six children.
Rev. Stuart Young
Chief Strategy Officer
Stuart Young has more than 13 years of leadership experience in the home health and hospice industry. In 2008, he co-founded Traditions Health Care and Traditions Hospice.
An ordained minister, Stuart has held various ministerial positions in churches and hospice organizations. He earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Baylor University.
Stuart and his wife, Laura, reside in College Station, Texas. They have two children.
Chief Financial Officer
Alan has more than 20 years of healthcare finance experience. He joined Traditions Health in 2018 after serving as CFO for Camellia Home Health and Hospice for 11 years. Prior to his time with Camellia, Alan worked in public accounting, hospital finance, and held a regional position within another home health and hospice agency. He has served on the Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association’s (HHFMA) Advisory Board, which provides guidance to the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) board of directors and the NAHC membership committee on financial matters in the home care industry. Alan has also served on Enterprise Fleet’s National Customer Advisory Board and on the Southern Miss Alumni Association’s Board of Directors. He is a CPA and a member of both the Mississippi Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.
Alan and his wife, Angie, reside in College Station, Texas. They have two children.
Ronda Van Meter, RN, BSN, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Ronda is a Home Care Executive with over 25 years in the Home Health and Hospice industry. She joined the Traditions Health executive team in 2018. Prior to her role as COO, she served as President of Traditions Health, West Division where she focused on assimilating new acquisitions into the Traditions culture while maintaining excellence in patient care and patient experience. Ronda has held multi-state and national level leadership positions with both privately held and public healthcare firms. She has a Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Texas system.
Ronda and her husband, Vernon, reside in College Station, Texas. They have three children.
SVP of Business Development, West Division
Tarik has more than 30 years of professional leadership experience, with more than 15 of those years in the home care sector. Prior to joining Traditions Health in 2019, Tarik was President/CEO of Centrix Health Resources - an organization offering hospice, home health, durable medical equipment, private duty, and physician services.
Tarik attended the University of Minnesota, where he majored in management and finance.
Tarik and his wife, Audrey, reside in Mesa, Arizona. They have five children.
SVP of Business Development, East Division
Mark has over 10 years of leadership and experience in the home health and hospice industry. Mark owned Hospice Connection and served as the President/CEO prior to the agency being acquired by Traditions Health in early 2019. Prior to opening Hospice Connection, Mark held sales and leadership positions in the home health and hospice industry.
Mark and his wife, Cori, reside in Bullard, Texas. They have two children.
Ray Clark, MA, BSN, RN
SVP of Clinical Services & Compliance
Ray joined the Traditions Health Executive Team in 2018 with 30 years of experience in the home health and hospice industries. He brings to Traditions Health a wealth of experience from positions held in the home care sector as Regional Vice President, Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, Area Director, Branch Manager, and RN Case Manager in post-acute care markets. With oversight across multiple states, he has excelled as a clinical and compliance leader advocating for clinical excellence in delivering uncompromised patient-centered care. Ray has been a member of Texas New Mexico Hospice Organization, serving on the education committee. He has presented at numerous conferences as an expert in the field of hospice and home health.
He is a Registered Nurse and actively participates in direct patient care. He earned his associate degree in nursing from Tarleton State University, then continued his nursing education earning his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Dallas Baptist University. Ray also completed his graduate degree in organizational behavior and leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
Ray and his wife, April, reside in Houston, Texas. They have four children and two grandchildren.
President of HealthCare ConsultLink
Duane joined Traditions Health in 2012 and he has served in a variety leadership positions throughout the organization. Including his tenure with Traditions Health, Duane has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Traditions Health, Duane worked as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Gentiva Health Services, one of the nation’s largest home health providers, as well as other healthcare related companies in the durable medical, pharmacy and manufacturing sectors. Duane is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance.
Duane and his wife, Susan, reside in Montalba, Texas. They have four children.
Vice President Operations, West Division
Robert joined Traditions Health in 2019. Prior to joining Traditions Health, Robert held senior leadership positions with Centrix Health Resources and Reflections Hospice. Following high school graduation, Robert joined the United States Air Force where he completed his bachelor’s degree. He served our country for 13 years, including deployments with Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Following his military service, Robert received a graduate degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and has held ministry positions including hospice chaplain.
Robert and his wife, Sandra, reside in Queen Creek, Arizona. They have three children and three grandchildren.
Crystal Mineo Diaz, PHR, SHRM-CP
Vice President of Human Resources
Crystal joined Traditions Health Care in 2011. Her background includes responsibility for employee benefits, employee relations, payroll system integration, talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and management. Crystal is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Crystal has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Sam Houston State University and a master's degree in human resource management from Tarleton State University.
Crystal and her husband, Sonny, live in College Station, Texas. They have three children.
Susan Neel, LVN
Vice President of Marketing
Susan has more than 25 years of experience in the home health and hospice industries. Susan joined Traditions Health in 2011 and is instrumental in overseeing the development and management of brand and marketing communication efforts to support the long-term strategic direction of the organization. Throughout her highly successful career, Susan’s roots as a field nurse and clinical liaison enabled her to progress through the sales ranks, eventually achieving leadership positions with Gentiva, Girling Healthcare and Traditions Health Care.
She worked with Simione and HealthCare ConsultLink, consulting with home health, hospice and PAS clients throughout the United States. She is also the author and developer of the REACH Sales Training Program, a program designed to energize agencies and equip them with the tools they need to effectively grow their business.
Susan and her husband, Duane, live in Montalba, Texas. They have four children.
Peggy Norregaard, RN
Vice President of Home Health Clinical Services and Professional Development
Peggy has 32 years of clinical experience with a majority of these years in the home health and hospice setting. She was a part of the initial demonstration project with Centers for Health Policy Research for the creation of the OASIS document. Peggy also worked with cardiologists, the transplant team, and the pharmacy department at St. Luke’s Hospital in the Texas Medical Center facilitating a plan for transplant patients to go home with IV inotrope therapy rather than remaining in the hospital while waiting for their transplant. Peggy has held progressive positions in the home health care sector, including Clinical Liaison, Branch Director, and Regional Director for two large home health companies. Peggy joined Traditions Health Care in 2016. She provides clinical support to the agency focusing on consistent quality improvement. Peggy has an associate’s degree in science and is a Registered Nurse.Peggy resides in Manvel, Texas. She has two children and three grandchildren.
Sheila Mann, RN
Vice President of Hospice Clinical Services and Professional Development
Sheila has over 20 years of hospice experience. She joined Traditions Health in 2017 and is responsible for the management of the hospice division, including clinical regulatory and compliance. Prior to joining Traditions Health, Sheila served in a variety of positions in the hospice industry, including Field Nurse, Regional Clinical Director for a national hospice organization, Consultant for Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, and Hospice Program Director for HealthCare ConsultLink. Sheila has a passion for hospice and considers it a privilege to serve patients and their families during their end of life journey.
Sheila and her husband, Phillip, reside in Arlington, Texas. They have two children and three grandchildren.
M. Neal Lee
Neal has been with Traditions Health since 2011. He has more than 10 years of leadership in finance including project management, auditing, tax, stock market analysis, and IT accounting systems. He holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
Prior to joining Traditions Health Care, Neal served as auditor for Thompson, Derrig & Craig, a full-service CPA firm. He also gained experience at KPMG Houston in the IT audit division where he worked with clients such as Reliant Energy and Anadarko Petroleum. Neal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master of Science in management information systems from Texas A&M University.
Neal and his wife, Catherine, live in College Station, Texas. They have two children.
Director of Business Intelligence
Ashley joined Traditions Health Care in 2014. In her current role she manages the software platforms throughout the organization and drives strategy through analytics. Ashley also plays a key role on the Acquisition and Integration team and leads post-merger transitions.
She has a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A. from Texas A&M at Corpus Christi.
Ashley and her husband, Bobby, live in Bryan, Texas. They have two children.
