From the moment our mother came home from the hospital, Traditions Health has been incredibly supportive. It is evident that each clinician that comes to visit her truly cares about her and is always looking for ways to make her quality of life better. They stay in contact with our family to help us understand our mother’s condition and ways that we can assist in her healing process. The Traditions Health team has become an extension of our family and we feel so blessed to have them walking with us on this journey.
What a blessing they were. They treated our parents like family for over a year. Traditions in Cuyahoga Falls are the best!
Amazing Care. Coping and understanding how to deal with your loved one dying, What now? A big shout out to Jane our RN in charge, who was always there for us anytime day or night, (do not know what we would have done without her), it was never a problem. Jane would stay and chat and make sure we were coping, and that all our emotional and physical needs to aid in this journey as it unfolded, were met. Jane led a super team of nurses and HHA's to support us through this, My dad’s last journey. A huge thank you to Mayra for giving my dad the best bed shower (not bed bath) in the last couple of days as he could no longer get out of bed. Over a month of support, as my dad deteriorated, gave us the opportunity to give him the gift of a peaceful end at home. Thank you to Traditions Hospice for having such a wonderful team to aid us in the last journey of my dad's life.

During my time as a home health caregiver, I've worked with several different hospice agencies. When it came time to choose an agency for my grandmother, I chose Traditions. You couldn't ask for more educated or caring staff.

Used Traditions for the care of my mother and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hardest time of my life and I truly believe Traditions made that time easier on myself and my family, especially my mother.
