Franklin, TN – Eleven Traditions Health home health branches have earned the SHPBest™ Patient Experience Award from Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for the 2024 calendar year. Branches in Chickasha, OK; Idabel, OK; Madisonville, TX; Stigler, OK; and Waxahachie, TX received the SHPBest™ “Premier Performer” Patient Experience Award, while two branches in McAlester, OK (3rd Street and Washington Ave); and branches in College Station, TX; Enid, OK; Longview, TX; and Purcell, OK all received the SHPBest™ “Superior Performer” Patient Experience Award.
“There are many benchmarks that measure the quality of care we provide, but a patient satisfaction award is the highest form of recognition. It reflects the commitment our teams have to providing quality, compassionate, patient-centric care,” said Corrinne Ehlert, chief clinical and quality officer of Traditions Health.
The “Premier Performer” award recognizes organizations that have achieved an overall patient experience score that ranked in the top 5% of all eligible SHP clients. The “Superior Performer” award recognizes organizations that have achieved an overall patient experience score that ranked in the top 20% of all eligible SHP clients.
The annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service to their patients. The 2024 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall experience score for more than 3,200 home health providers. With the largest Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) benchmark in the nation, SHP is in a unique position to identify and recognize organizations that have made patient experience a priority and have been rewarded for their efforts with high marks on the HHCAHPS survey.
