Nashville, TN – Traditions Health has recently hired Jennifer Bash as its new vice president of sales for the home health business line. As a distinguished leader, Bash will design and manage the optimization of sales operations to increase market share and drive innovation.
“We are excited to announce that Jennifer will be leading the sales team with a new forward-thinking strategy that strengthens our approach and empowers our sales professionals to excel, as well as contribute to the overall strategy for Traditions Health,” said Tony Maxwell, chief operating officer at Traditions Health.
With nearly 20 years of experience in home care and home health care, Bash is a strategic leader who has successfully built and led top-performing teams. Before joining Traditions Health, Bash served as regional vice president of sales for a $220 million net revenue agency where she was consistently ranked in the top 10% of the company. A graduate of the University of Texas, Bash was inspired to start her healthcare career as a dietitian in northern California.
While taking classes towards a master’s degree in nursing, Bash ended up in a sales role with a local home health and hospice company. This career move led to a passion for working with the elderly and continuing a career in home health care.
