Jennifer Vickers Promoted to Vice President of Operations at Traditions Health

Franklin, TN – Traditions Health, a leading multi-state provider of home health, hospice, and palliative care services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Vickers to vice president of operations for the home health service line.

As vice president of operations, she will oversee home health branches in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. In addition, she will play a crucial role in supporting the home health team, ensuring that programming is operating at the highest standards, and continuing to implement strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. 

“Jennifer’s proven experience in operations has been vital to Traditions Health. I’m confident that we will continue to drive operational improvement under her leadership,” said Taylor Forsyth, senior vice president of home health operations. 

Vickers has more than two decades of clinical and operational leadership experience in the post-acute care industry. Her journey with Traditions Health began in 2017 as an administrator. She was promoted to regional director of operations in 2023.  

“I’m very excited to step up into my new role. I look forward to leveraging my years of operational expertise to build upon Traditions Health’s strong foundation and contribute to our future success,” said Vickers. 

Vickers lives outside of Longview, Texas with her husband. Together they have a blended family of seven children.
