Nashville, TN – Traditions Health has recently hired Kimberley Boyd as its new vice president of operations for the hospice business line. In this capacity, Boyd will be responsible for oversight of Texas and Georgia, strategic financial goals, and streamlining of operational efficiencies. She will also play a crucial role in supporting the hospice care team, ensuring overall programming is operating at the highest of standards, and continuing to implement strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
“I am delighted Kimberley has joined our team. Her wealth of experience in hospice operations will be a tremendous asset at Traditions Health,” said Freeman Smith, chief operating officer at Traditions Health.
Before joining Traditions Health, Boyd served as area vice president of operations for Kindred Hospice. With nearly 30 years of experience in home health care and hospice, Boyd brings decades of experience and operational excellence from companies like Amedisys, Compassus, and Gentiva.
“I am looking forward to continuing to build our exceptional teams to coincide with our growth while providing the highest quality of care,” says Boyd.
